70s Maxi Dress with Sparkle

This dress is a stunner! It has a lovely hang to the fabric and the sparkly waistband really sets off the black. I’d say this is true to a size 12. The waist doesn’t flex much but it sits a little high under the bust where I measure a little smaller so it has been a perfect fit for me. My waist is 32 and bust 39. I think this is probably from the late 70s but possibly the early 80s.
