Back ties pass through holes in the front and tie in front, front ties tie in back. Not much overlap in the wrap, so probably something you’d want to wear over leggings, a skirt or another dress. Ties could also be tied to each other at the sides for a looser fit. Fabric is crisp/starchy, like a quilting cotton. feels like cotton or cotton blend.
