Houndstooth patterned blouse with tie in front. Tie can be left straight and simple or done up in a bow or other style. Blouse is quite sheer, so I’ve always worn with an underlayer/camisole. Really cute with a pair of slack or a skirt and works well with a cardigan or jacket. It just fits a little tight in the bust for me these days, so hoping to pass it on.
