Handmade vintage little black dress with a gorgeous sheen to it. Has little thread belt loops at the waist if you want to wear it that way, but they could easily be cut off. Zip back with hook closure. Love the tailoring on this. Purchased it with an other vintage handmade dress from the 60s at a garage sale, so that is my guess on age, but can’t be sure.
