An older but very special piece, could be a cute dancing dress or costume piece for the right event! It’s showing its age but still has some life left in it. I believe it is a cotton voile exterior with heat applied flicked polka dots and acetate lining, but there’s no way to be sure.
“This was gifted to me by a friend who thought it would suit me, but it’s languished in my closet since then.”
