My mom wore this dress and I’ve held onto it because I thought she sewed it. Turns out she did not 😅 but I so wanted to wear it. I’ve come to terms with the fact it does not fit and someone should get to enjoy it! The sleeve length is 17.75” The length from nape of neck to hem: 45” I can’t read the fabric content but I’m quite certain it is all cotton.
