60s Vintage dress

This dress used to belong to my Mom. I've held onto it for YEARS hoping I'd find a time to wear it. It's just never happened and now it's too small. It's such a sweet dress! I love the details of the buttons and trim. The color is a rich rust and blue. Only flaw that I can see is that there must have been a clasp on top of the zipper. I'll trim the threads. No size, fiber or brand tags. Check measurements for sizing but seems like a xs/s. It feels like polyester but is very soft. The only tag still attached is a union tag! I found this from Wiki about it ... "The International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) was a labor union for employees in the women's clothing industry in the United States. It was one of the largest unions in the country, one of the first to have a primarily female membership, and a key player in the labor history of the 1920s and 1930s." Wow! Even more special. Hope this finds a happy home.
