Perfect Paisley Tunic Dress

I adore this dress but it’s a tiny bit snug across my shoulders and have not worn yet as a result. Toying with some kind of alteration but this feels too special for that. from previous: A gorgeous 1970s tunic style dress from the Irish Shop in Toronto. Purchased from a super stylish woman’s estate sale back when I was buying for my vintage shop, this is such a fun piece. Absolutely ideal for fall, there isn’t a material tag but it feels like extremely soft / super fine lightweight wool to me. Perhaps a cotton/wool blend? Does not feel synthetic. The gathered sleeves and gathering detail at the neck nape are so lovely. Comes with a matching belt. Wish this was my style!
