Empire Waist Top Black Bird Print

Loved and wore this top in the mid- to late- aughts. I’ve held onto it for sentimental reasons but ready to let go. Under bust where the sash is measures 16.5. Meant to tie in the back. Fabric and size tag is too faded to read, but I’m estimating Medium based on measurements and what I wore at the time. Fairly sure the fabric is a lightweight woven cotton based on the feel. The black is definitely a bit faded. Not seeing any other specific flaws (other than the sash being wrinkly!), but it is nearly vintage in age. Or could even be vintage! I thrifted it in 2008.
