My favorite summer dress up outfit that feels like pajamas. Could be worn off the shoulder but I always have worn on the shoulder and the ruffle essentially creates sleeves. Has pockets! This fabric is super stretchy. Fit me well when I was 40/34/44. I think it still would fit me if I was shorter but the combo of height (5’10”) and hip size (now 47) is making it not viable. Just sharing to help you judge fit.
