Adorable 90s baby doll dress, very 90210. I do think it runs small. The dress is about a 32-33 inch bust with no stretch in this fabric! Empire waist band is 27 inches. Length is 33 inches. The armholes are also a little tight (hard to measure, but I’d say about 16 inches), so this is best for petite girls. Note some minor discoloration near one underarm, pictured
