Alex Evenings Little Black Dress

This is the most 90s LBD and it’s so fun to wear. Somehow it still fits me even though I bought it when I was 19 and I’m definitely not that size anymore! My style has definitely changed too, and I rarely wear this. It’s in really good condition especially with regards to the beading. I don’t think there’s any missing beads or sequins. There’s a mysterious discoloration on the front but it’s not very noticeable and I bet it would go away with cleaning. This dress is so fun and so slinky, and since it’s bias-cut there’s even a little stretch. The outer is sheer woven and the inner is solid knit. There’s beading and sequins on the front over the waist area, which fades out over the bodice and skirt. It’s really well made. I did thrift this so even though the tag says “2-piece” I only have the dress. My guess is that it originally came with a jacket of some kind. I’d love to trade for a LBD that’s more my style or made from natural materials. But try me on any save matches! This cutie deserves to be worn!
