This gorgeous cocktail dress is a great fit and flare style with a snazzy cutouts design at the neckline and at the shoulders on the back.The gold zipper down the back is an understated glam touch. Fit is generous, IMO, more like 16, and has bust darts. Early 2000s I think. wore it for a couple of occasions before I outgrew it and it’s been in storage ever since.
