Southwest Pattern Short Sleeve Dress

Collared short sleeve dress with button-down on the top part (no buttons below the waist). I especially love the skirt on this dress and the dramatic diagonal stripes created by the pattern. Two belt loops, one on each side seam at the waist. Waist stretches to 20" (flat) Colors are most accurate in the first pic and the close-up of the fabric.
