I made this dress exactly to the pattern size M. See the photos for the pattern envelope body measurements. I did cut some off the bottom because I am only 5’-3”. The bust is difficult to measure because there are pleats that add a little more room. I took the waist measurement at the narrowest point across, but note this point is just under the bust, not at the natural waist. There are a couple spots where there are loose stitches, shown in the photos. I have washed this in the machine on cold, gentle cycle. The raw edges are finished with French seams and bias tape.
