Hand sewn by me!! 60s + 70s inspired dress w vintage notions + charm! Another birthday dress I sewed for my BFF. I used several vintage patterns to create this dress. It is unique + FULLY LINED!! Look at the pattern matching on the front + back! The princess seams almost disappear. The outer fabric is a vibrant vintage cotton gingham-seersucker print w tiny flowers. The ric rac + buttons are also vintage. Probably the zipper too! All from my stash. The lining is a modern cotton solid in a vibrant turquoise. Both layers are hemmed w vintage lace hem ribbon. All interior seams are serged. Linings + facings have been hand stitched. The lining and seersucker create a dress with weight and stability. It was only worn a few times - it’s in wonderful condition. Details: Peter Pan collar w piping, princess seams, serged interior, lapped center back white zipper w large snap, ricrac, patch pockets, pattern matching. Open to selling $165.
