Denim Jacket with appliqué

I upcycled cotton tees to create hand stitched appliqués for this RTW jacket. The content tag has faded, but I don’t feel any stretch in the denim so guessing 100% cotton. There is fading at the elbows as shown in photo. Condition refers to the base jacket. Has only been worn for photos since appliqué was added. Size is UK 16, which should be equivalent to US 12, but please refer to the measurements.
