I used this selvage yarn to crochet a purse and still there is lots left. (The purse ended up pretty heavy, so I don’t recommend doing this unless you keep it small.) Would be great for weaving or rug making too. I thrifted it so I don’t know for sure the origin, but I know Pendleton Mills sell these and since I’m in Oregon I think it’s a safe bet that’s where it came from and therefore is likely wool. Weighs one pound six ounces.
