Refashioned skirt

I refashioned a thrifted skirt by shortening at the waist and inserting a zipper. I added indigo print fabric gussets and crocheted with pink thread around the edges. There are a two or three small faded stains that were on the original garment. I just laundered this in preparation for posting in the machine on gentle in cold water. It does require some ironing to make everything lay right.
