Vintage tartan pleated wrap skirt. Red tartan with blue, white, yellow and nave patterning. A true wrap skirt secured at either side with what appears to be real leather buckled straps. Flat waist measurement is between 13 and 13.5 inches. There's a small hole or pull to the front of the skirt, pictured.
