Vintage 1970s Handsewn Ruffle Hem Skirt Double tipped waist placket on front and back. Metal zipper back closure. Beautiful teal blue with navy, lime green, buttercup yellow, orange, white, and pink floral design. A special vintage treasure in a gorgeous silhouette and color palette. Not totally sure I’m ready to say goodbye to this, but putting it out there because I’m more likely to wear more casual pieces these days. Approximate measurements: Waist 13” flat Hip 19.5” flat Total length 27”
