There’s lots of ways to wear this, tied, twisted, upside down, so many possibilities. The thin strap is 23” and the thicker ones are 19” from the end of the cup. There’s some pleating on the fabric that makes manipulating the fabric nice whichever way you wear it. I am a 34A and the cups are too big for me, I’ve hardly worn this, definitely for someone with more boob-age.
