Eva Everyday Chelsea Boot

Picked these up at an in-person swap hoping they’d fit me but they’re just too small. Leather and soles still in good shape but there’s a small amount of separation at the tip of each (see photo). Could use a good cleaning/conditioning perhaps but solid pair of classic boots.
