I think that this polka dot dress is from the 1960's. It’s made of a textured polyester, had a fitted bodice with lace edging (could be ironed down to hide it), and a big full circle 2-layer skirt, zips up the back. Very thin belt loops at waist. Really fun to wear but I haven’t worn it in a few years! ptp 18 waist 17 hips 30 length of bodice 11 length of straps 14 length of skirt 32
