The waist has lots of stretch, up to 18” at least, but probably more comfortable around 16” flat. I got this skirt for a swim coverup, I liked that it has a lining that ends about 16” from the top of the waistband. Just haven’t worn it, feels like it would better suit an M/L than my L/XL. Note the exposed threads at the waistband seems like the intentional finish, otherwise looks in great shape.
