Hi-Low Swing Pleated Skirt

I wanted to be a skirt girly so badly. I bought this for a trip to Greece and ended up not even wearing it once. It is light as a feather, and the pleats are so cool. It actually looks really dressy, even though it’s Athleta. I know someone is going to love this to bits! With an all black shirt, it looks really elegant.
