Shiny gold & matte black top with buttons down the back (could be worn in front) and split hem. Decade is a guess based on style of tag. Color was difficult to capture and is most accurate in closeups. Received this at a swap and haven’t worn it—just a bit glam for my current lifestyle. Such a cute and modern silhouette—may trace it and sew up something similar!
