70s gown

I was obsessed when I got this dress, but I haven't actually worn it out, and I think it deserves to be worn. It has a front slit that's about 18", a belt, and a shawl. Pretty sure it's 70s, but could be 60s and in amazing condition. The size tag is missing, so please check the measurements.
