This is so gorgeous. My mom bought it for me at a vintage shop in Sacramento around 10 years ago and it’s just been hanging in my closet ever since. I love it and keep hoping I’ll wear it but I literally don’t ever wear navy. The buttons are heavy ish and have a pearly sheen. I’m not sure what they’re made of. I’m not sure if this was homemade or store bought - there are no tags and the embroidery doesn’t look handmade (but I’m no expert 😂) Definitely very sheer so you’d need a slip or something under it. Has a slight high-low hem (44” in front and dips to 45/46”)
