Free Label Tegan skirt. Bought this last winter during their archive sale, and ended up only wearing it once this summer. It's a super awesome skirt, but just a little too long on me to be comfortable. The waist measurement is with the ties loosened but the elastic unstretched. It's super accommodating, though, because the ties can be tightened or left loose, and the elastic is very stretchy. I would love to trade this for something in a similar style vein (a-line, midi length, darker colour), but maybe in a smoother fabric.
