This is a crushed velvet dress using the Bakerloo dress as a starting point, but no collar. Sleeve measure 23” for shoulder to wrist. The fabric is soft and stretchy. No zippers, but there is an opening with button at the back neck. You can see the hand stitching on the inside in some places. The dress is stretchy and velvet is a little heavy so it def might be longer. The hem is unfinished, but it doesn’t fray. I love this dress but I don’t have any occasion to wear it to!
