Oh this dress! It’s time to let her go. I spent so long on this dress and wore it to my best friends’ wedding. Made with Elizabeth Suzan deadstock cupro (maybe?). It’s machine washable but has this beautiful iridescent drape to it. Perfect party dress. Could also be worn open as a vest over a simple shift. French seams throughout. There’s one spot I pointed out on the front gathers where a raw edge is peaking out—still haunting me! Vintage mother of pearl buttons. It’s been sitting in a garment bag for almost a decade now, would love to give it a new life
