Fabric looks like cotton, may be cotton blend, has a crisp, light feel Pink, purple, golden yellow, light ice blue, black floral painterly pattern on white background Sailor like collar on both front and back Slightly puffed sleeves Waist has elastic, fully stretches to 18” Skirt is paneled, fluted, flares out at the bottom No pockets Seams are serged Unlined — not too sheer, see last photo where I have my hand underneath fabric
