Belted Palazzo Pants - S/M

Current: I took these in at the back seam as pictured. It can be undone easily (for the unmodified measurements see last pic of the previous owners measurements - i think the inseam is still 27”, not sure what happened there). The waist has a part where the elastic is exposed. Wiast stretches to 15” with the current modification. Previous: Amazing vintage party pants. I bought these thinking I would find an event to wear them to, but I live in Northern Minnesota and we are culturally understimulated. They are super high-waisted with a little belt for style. The tag size inside says eight…which would be a vintage size 8. I am a modern eight and these are the tiniest bit tight on me now, but I could still pull them off because the fabric does have some stretch due to the loose weave. Waist is elastic and 13 inch unstretched - comfortably stretch to 16 flat. These are absolutely wasted in my closet, and they deserve to be loved and cherished and worn.
