Heart-print dress with flutter sleeves in poly/spandex rib knit. Listed condition is because it was my first attempt doing an elastic neckline and that was a bit of a learning experience, but it looks fine worn. Made this to wear for my dad's retirement party a few years ago, and have worn for a few events since, but I'm not into V necklines anymore so it's time to list it.
