Two skeins of hand dyed 2-ply sock yarn. The base colour is cream and it’s got warm brown and dark and light green speckles. The yarn is lovely and soft with a slight halo. Would make for a lovely shawl, some kind of camisole or as a contrast colour in a colourwork piece! I’d say the first photo (the one with the trees in the background) is closest to the actual colours, if perhaps a touch less vivid.

“I received this yarn as a gift when I purchased some destashed yarn on Instagram. I was very excited to receive this free gift, how kind is that? But unfortunately the yarn isn’t really my cup of tea, and now it’s been over two years it’s fair to say that’s not gonna change any time soon. Better it go to a loving home!”
