I have loved this blouse for a decade. Nanette Lepore does such feminine designs. It has a wonderful fit: just right at the bust, then swerving out for the double peplum. Incredibly flattering and feminine. It's very soft cotton lawn. Looks amazing with navy pants or high waisted faded denim. It's marked as a 12 and fits between a 10 and 12, depending on your bust size. I'm 38 B and it works, but only just. It's always been just a tiny bit too tight, and I'm finally ready to release it!
