Super cute A-line Laura Ashley skirt with pockets and pintuck detail at the waist. It's 15.5" unstretched and stretches easily to 16.5". It's a nice weight, not too heavy, not too thin. In GUC, no real flaws to speak of, other than the stitching is a bit loose in one spot inside the waistband, as pictured.
