I made this Zadie a couple years ago. I adore the fit, but the cobalt blue is just not in my color palette no matter how much I want it to be. Both linens were second hand. I didn’t have enough of the cobalt to make the whole thing so I got creative with some color blocking. All seams are serged with green thread because that’s what I had in my machine It’s a gorgeous piece if I do say so myself. 😄 I’ve washed it a couple times and the linen is softening up beautifully Made the size 6 which was a size or two down from my measurements, but this pattern runs very big. Added a small snap for closure at the neckline but that could be easily removed. I’m a 34.5” bust and it fits me well but there is a lot of wiggle room due to the wrap nature, and it’s roomy on me. Inseam is 19- but the crotch is dropped, so that doesn’t quite reflect the place it will come to on your leg. More of a 22-23” inseam feel. The only issue I’m seeing is I did something funky with the waist straps so one is a lot longer than the other, which is why I tied it on the opposite side in the one pic. This could be macyvered and fixed if it were an issue. If you have a question about this- let me know!
