Slightly modified Victory Sofia - I extended the shirring all the way to the hem & reduced the shirring at the wrist. Stretched out the bodice has 28" of room (measured flat.) The waist & bust measurements listed are flat & unstretched. I only wore this top about 2 times since I made it in 2020 so I think it's time to pass it on to a new home. This fabric is pricey though so trying to recoup some of the cost for it!
