Puff sleeve crop top handmade by Heart’s Delight (same place that I bought my bustier from - also listed for trading)! Gorgeous color, but I just don’t reach for it much nowadays. Suuuper stretchy so it fits lots of sizes! Measurements listed are unstretched. Waist comfortably stretches to 22” across. Bicep stretches to 11” across. Bust is difficult to measure, but stretches to at least 22” across.
