Great condition only put good to be safe as I do believe it’s from the 90’s! Such a cute skirt! Just looking to change up some of my wardrobe. Has cute little green buttons. Size says 7/8 but measures at 12.5” flat lay. Waist is hard to measure depending where the skirt sits on your waist.
