This is a beautiful skirt and really should be worn with its matching (but different) blouse. Will give preference to a set trade unless unable to keep them together. I have updated the listing to flat measurements, so check those out. While waist stretches to 36”, probably going to be most comfortable on 30-34” waist. - Full circle skirt sewn from “Garden Secrets” by Sarah Watson for Cloud 9 Fabrics - Back waistband is elastic & can stretch to 36” - Invisible side zipper & in seam pockets -Lined with purple Bemberg rayon
