Really enjoyed knitting this hat and love the finished product in theory, but sadly have not worn it at all since finishing it! It fits around my big head but I made it a little too shallow 🥲 With the brim folded, the hat measures about 7 inches from top to bottom. From side to side it's about 8 inches wide, but there's a good amount of horizontal stretch because the entire hat is ribbed. With the brim unfolded, the hat measures about 9 inches, I just don't like wearing my beanies like that without a folded brim. For reference, I usually wear a size L in hats, and my head circumference is around 22.5in. I find this hat fine in width/circumference, it feels snug but not tight, buuut it's just too short for me 🥲 Maybe better for someone who likes to wear their hats kinda shallow?
