This began as a dress, but the bust was too small when I bought it preloved, so I created a skirt instead. The back of the waistband has some stretch, and the eaist is elastic. The ppckets remain intact. My machine was on the fritz at the time, so the stitching holds together but doesn't look pretty. It was functional, so i didn't wasnt to redo it. I'm just wearing color very sparingly these days, so I haven't reached for it. Could be worn as-is or cleaned up by a more experienced sewist. Approximate flat measurements: Waist: 13.25-14.5" Length: 29.75" Sweep: 34.5"
