Rocquaine

Me: I’m resisting this beautiful sweater because it’s just not quite working for me. It’s too beautiful to sit in my closet! Original: The Rocquaine from Pom Pom Quarterly issue 18. It’s knit up in Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted, a somewhat rustic non-superwash wool yarn. It’s soft for wool, but I always wore it with another shirt underneath for comfort. There is some light felting under the armpits, but it’s not noticeable when worn. This sweater is drop sleeved and has a spilt hem, longer in back than in front. I will hand wash in euclan before sending out! It’s warm and cozy and I love it, but I haven’t worn it much for the last two winters, and I think it’s time to find it a new home! Size notes- I am a pretty true size 6 (full bust 38) and I feel this fits me well- see picture. I think it would also look nice with a more oversized fit on someone smaller!
