NFO but worn sparingly. I am not very knowledgeable of the NPL styles but I feel like this was maybe another dress style with a Mons? top (I think I identified it as a French boyfriend dress?!). Lovely slate blue which I think was called salamander. Belt included too. Has two side slits as well (12”) for ease of wearing and creates a cool style. I do not have enough of a straight body style to pull this off. 😔
