OOAK Regent Anna dress

Custom made from a paper bag skirt and an Anna dress, the paper bag skirt was much fuller and I was able to create a matching belt from the waistband. Bodice fits with either neckline worn in front. Still love this dress, but it no longer fits well in the bust/ribs. Happy to serge the waist seam before mailing. Apparently I never got around to that! Can also add ace & Jig tag back to neckline or include it — it was removed for turnaround wear.
