*no pockets* placed as good due to the sleeve removal. Otherwise in excellent condition. Dress was brought to me by a friend who DIY’ed removing the flutter sleeves and removing the tags. At first she wanted me to add pockets and then couldn’t decide if she wanted to make it shorter or even into a top…Been in my UFO pile for 2 years bc she couldn’t decide. Told me to just have it, sadly not my style. I haven’t altered it in any way.
