I had this top made from a dress I thrifted! The embroidered flowers really got me! But I’m not wearing it enough as cute as it is. The seersucker feels like cotton but I couldn’t say for sure. The PTP was hard to guess since it’s very open. Also the zipper makes this top VERY breastfeeding friendly!
